Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shorter service.
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Services

• All services are performed by trained barbers.
• Prices are listed in Polish Zloty (PLN) and may change without prior notice.
• We aim for satisfaction but cannot guarantee exact matches to reference images due to individual hair types.

Payments

• We accept cash, card payments, and online transactions.
• Full payment is required at the time of service.

Personal Belongings

• Brightdock is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Liability

• While we take care and follow hygiene standards, Brightdock is not liable for allergic reactions or unexpected results.
• Clients are encouraged to inform staff about allergies or sensitivities before services.
